  I went to Mercy Urgent Care Clinic in Ankeny (which I was satisfied with) and filled my prescription at the Mercy North Pharmacy for convenience. I was very dissatisfied by the fact that there was no consultation booth where the pharmacist could explain the drug to me in privacy. The pharmacist spoke loudly, and my fiance, who was at the other side of the store, told me later that he heard everything she told me. Therefore, I am sure the other two men in the pharmacy at the time heard about my diagnosis, treatment and prescription. Then, when I arrived home after going to dinner I used the drug, but realized I had a question about it. I assumed that Mercy North Pharmacy would include a piece of paper with detailed information about the prescription like Walgreens does. However, the only thing the paper says is, "Consult your pharmacist." Mercy North's Pharmacy closes at 7p.m. and tomorrow is Thanksgiving, so they are closed all day. I would consult Walgreens' 24 hour Pharmacy or WebMD about the drug, but Mercy North Pharmacy did not even document on the packaging or the paper what the drug's official name is or its contents. So, when I called Walgreens' 24 hour Pharmacy to ask them, they told me they cannot advice me about the drug as they do not know what its contents are. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services I received at Mercy North Pharmacy in Ankeny. I will never be filling my prescriptions there again, and next time I will make the extra trip to Walgreens.
